Trax 21 Winter Challenge

Join us this February for our heart healthy, all about self care, TRAX 21 Winter Challenge!
The goal is to attend as many classes as you can during the month of February! Every class on our schedule counts towards this challenge and you may attend more than one class a day if this works best for you. If you attend 21 classes during the challenge, you will have an opportunity to purchase yoga for a fantastic price! The idea is to instill a new habit in 30 days and then make that new healthy lifestyle affordable to continue!
TRAX 21 is an exciting triannual event that brings our yogis in the studio in full force! Camaraderie and friendships build during this time as you’re spending more time amongst fellow challengers. Whether this is your first Challenge or your 10th, as soon as you walk through the doors you will have the opportunity to make new connections with some of the best people in Fairbanks!

What to expect

🌟Dive into the world of yoga with our Beginners Workshop! If you have you been interested in yoga but not sure where to begin, this session is designed just for you.

🏠 Discover all our studio has to offer, including our amenities, diverse class options, and talented instructors. From soothing restorative sessions to dynamic vinyasa flows, there’s a class for every level and preference.

🧘‍♂️Next, experience the magic of yoga firsthand with a 20-minute Vinyasa-style flow led by the incredible Amy. Feel your body move with grace and strength as you flow through energizing sequences designed to build heat and flexibility.

💫Then, transition into a 20-minute Vini and Yin flow guided by Danielle. Explore the balance between effort and ease as you synchronize breath with movement in this unique fusion practice. Sink into deep stretches and find stillness in the yin postures, allowing tension to melt away as you close out the session in savasana.

❓ Finally, we’ll wrap up the workshop with time dedicated to answering any questions you may have. Whether you’re curious about specific poses, yoga philosophy, or how to integrate yoga into your daily life, our experienced instructors are here to help.
